Dave Ritchie - Principal & Founder
For Dave, Withrow Park Growth represents a profound respect for the accomplishments of entrepreneurs. He recognizes that behind every thriving business is a story of relentless hard work, creativity, vision and initiative. Dave formed WPG to carry forward these legacies and pursue his own dream of business ownership.
Dave brings a unique combination of strategy and operating experience to the table. Since graduating from the Yale School of Management in 2015, Dave has spent nearly a decade in management consulting. At Bain & Company, Dave advised global investment firms on acquisitions and built performance improvement plans for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Dave led multiple strategy transformations for large and small businesses, analyzing customer needs and advising CEOs on their most challenging problems. Prior to business school, Dave led operations for the Prime Minister of Canada and two Premiers.
Outside of work, Dave is an avid football and basketball fan. Whenever possible, he also loves to cook - whether for his wife, friends or his 3-year old daughter (which is always pizza). Dave holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and completed his undergraduate degree at McGill University.
